Introduction

YE5860 series vibration transmitter is composed of vibration speed sensor, built-in measurement circuit and function conversion circuit. It can be used to measure the vibration of the bearing seat, housing or structure, and output current (or voltage) signals for easy connection with computer systems. It is installed directly outside the machine, so it is extremely convenient to install and use.

The vibration speed sensor uses the principle of magnetoelectric induction to convert the vibration speed into electrical signals. It is mainly composed of magnetic circuit system, coil mass, elastic damping and other parts.

The measurement circuit and function conversion circuit are used to filter, attenuate, amplify, integrate, and convert AC / DC current (or voltage) signals from the vibration speed sensor.
