Eddy current vibration sensors are mainly used for measuring vibration displacement.
2.Inductive vibration sensor
Inductive vibration sensor is a vibration sensor designed according to the principle of electromagnetic induction. The inductive vibration sensor is provided with a magnet and a guide magnet. When an object is subjected to vibration measurement, it can convert mechanical vibration parameters into electrical parameter signals. Inductive vibration sensors can be used to measure vibration speed, acceleration and other parameters.

4.Piezoelectric vibration sensor
The piezoelectric vibration sensor uses the piezoelectric effect of the crystal to complete the vibration measurement. When the vibration of the measured object puts pressure on the piezoelectric vibration sensor, the crystal element will generate a corresponding charge, and the number of charges can be converted into vibration. parameter. Piezoelectric vibration sensors can also be divided into piezoelectric acceleration sensors, piezoelectric force sensors, and impedance heads.

The resistance strain vibration sensor is a vibration sensor that expresses the mechanical vibration of the measured object by the change of resistance. There are many ways to implement resistance strain type vibration sensors, and various sensing elements can be applied, the most common of which is resistance strain.
