At 3:00 pm on April 12, 2018, in the large conference room of Jiangsu Lianneng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., the "Professor of Volunteer" of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions-Chief Physician of Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Associate Professor Xu Yang of Yangzhou University School of Medicine.
