Recently, a meeting of the Working Group on Intelligent Sensors and Industrial Production Application Standards of the Internet of Things organized by the Institute of Instrumentation Technology and Economics of the Machinery Industry was held in Chongqing. The standard responsible units and participating units from the working group participated in the meeting.

This meeting conducted a technical review of 7 draft national standards including "Smart Sensors Part 1: General Provisions", and arranged a standard development schedule. "Smart Sensors Part 1: General Principles" is the first batch of 2012 revised and revised planning standards issued by the state. The planned completion time is 2014.

This batch of standard development and revision plan also has several sensor standards determined to be completed this year. Including "Sensor Network Identification Analysis and Management Specification", "Sensor Network Testing Low-Speed Wireless Sensor Network Media Access Control and Physical Layer", "Sensor Network Testing Low-Speed Wireless Sensor Network Network Layer and Application Support Sublayer", "General Requirements for Sensor Network Testing" "," Sensor Network Communication and Information Exchange Part 2: Specifications for High Reliability Sensor Network Media Access Control and Physical Layer "," Sensor Network Gateway Technical Requirements "," Sensor Network Information Security Network Transmission Security Technical Specifications "," Smart Sensors " Part 2: Applying the Code.

During the same period, the Institute organized the second meeting of the Working Group on Intelligent Sensors and Industrial Production Application Standards of the Internet of Things. 23 experts from the team leader unit and various standards responsible units attended the meeting. The standard working group leaders reported the progress of the work of the working group, and each standard responsible unit reported the progress of the standard drafting work. The meeting reviewed the contents of 16 draft standards for IoT smart sensors and industrial production applications, and discussed the coordination and unification of the standards. The meeting decided that the working group leader and the standards responsible unit should complete the draft standards. The next meeting is planned to be held at the end of July or early August. The next meeting will review the draft standards, and a consultation draft will be formed after the meeting. The meeting was conducted in a warm atmosphere, and the planned goals were achieved with complete success.
